Cancellation and Refund

At Frasmetics, we take pride in the quality of our products.

Returns are not accepted, except under the following conditions:

  • If you receive a damaged product due to manufacturing defects.
  • If you receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for an easy return:

  • You must submit a clear unboxing video as proof, showing the defect or incorrect item.
  • Send the video and order details to marketing@frasmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per our policy.

At Frasmetics, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:

Order Cancellation

  • Buyers may cancel their order before the order is shipped by contacting us at marketing@frasmetics.com with their order details.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer available.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed after we receive the returned product in unused and undamaged condition within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a refund:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.
    • The refund will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.



No Refunds in the Following Cases:

  • If the product is damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • If the product has been used or tampered with.
  • If the return is requested after the 7-day window from delivery.
  • For any product returned without proper packaging or proof of purchase.

Frasmetics reserves the right to approve or deny returns and refunds based on our policy and product condition.
